**To be eligible to purchase tickets during the IME PRE-SALE, customers must first register for IME MEMBERSHIP (free of charge) and register to receive a PRE-SALE code via www.imethai.com between April 8, 2026 at 6:00 PM - April 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM.**

Remarks:

- IME PRE-SALE: Limited to 2 tickets per 1 IME Membership only

- During IME PRE-SALE, seats are available at all price tiers, but in limited quantities.

- The quota in the PRE-SALE includes tickets of all price tiers. (completed payment only)

- Customers who have already bought tickets in the PRE-SALE are still eligible to purchase tickets during the GENERAL SALE under the same conditions.

- Please note that IME membership registration does not guarantee ticket availability. Ticket purchases are subject to availability during the PRE-SALE period.

- The ticket price above does not include 50 baht of the ticketing and plastic ticket fee.

- Payment Transaction fee 4%

- For paper ticket delivery, an additional handling charge of 60 baht per purchase order applies (Delivery service is available within Thailand only).

- The paper ticket will be shipped after purchase is completed, and will be received no later than 7 days before the show date. Customers also can be collected at the venue on the show day.

- Within the standing area, there will be no physical barrier separating ULTIMATE LOOP PACKAGE and ETERNAL LOOP PACKAGE holders. There will also be no physical barrier between VIP Package holders and 5,500 THB standing ticket holders.

- Standing ticket queues will be separated by ticket tier and arranged based on the order number.

- In the event of unsuccessful payment, the corresponding queue number will be automatically skipped.

- The queue number will be indicated on the physical ticket, and each ticket will include a QR Code for verification.

- Please refrain from sharing the QR Code or any ticket information to prevent unauthorized use.

- In case of tickets lost for standing, a new ticket must be purchased.

- Children over 100 cm in height must have a valid ticket to attend the show.

- Please use the paper ticket to attend the show. Plastic tickets are provided to ticket holders as a souvenir and available for pickup at the venue on the show date.

-⁠ ⁠Views from some areas/seats may be obstructed due to performance design, stage structures, camera and show equipment depending on the location of your seat. Ticket cancellations, changes, or refunds will not be available for view restriction reasons.

- Beware of swindlers who may attempt various forms of theft and sales of fake tickets through illegal sales of booking information, ticket sales on unofficial platforms, or impersonation of staff.

- Using or distributing tickets for advertising and/or publicity without the explicit permission of the Company is considered illegal.

- If you are found reselling tickets at higher prices, your ticket reservation will be canceled (if unpaid), or canceled and then returned to the system for resale (if paid).

- The tickets cannot be refunded. The customer may not resell, refund, exchange and transfer to other people. If the customer purchases the tickets it means that you have accepted all of the terms and conditions from the promoter.

*Audiences under the age of 12 are not allowed at standing zones.
