IMPORTANT NOTICE

Section/seat selection is not available. Seating will be assigned based on the ticket price category and quantity of the ticket purchase on the first-come-first serve basis.

The purchaser’s name and ID number must exactly match the personal identification document (MyKad for Malaysians / Passport for non-Malaysians). The original copy of the ID is required for verification during ticket redemption. No changes or transfers are allowed once the purchase is completed.

购票者的姓名和身份证号码必须与其个人身份证明文件（马来西亚公民为身份证 / 非马来西亚公民为护照）完全一致。换票时必须出示身份证明文件正本以进行核验。购票成功后不接受任何更改或转让。

No admission for children aged 7 years or below into the venue. Children aged below 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and do not include the RM4 booking fee and RM10 transaction fee. Fees are excluded 8% SST.

价格以马来西亚令吉（MYR）计价，不包含 RM4 订票费及 RM10 交易手续费。费用不包含 8% 的销售与服务税 (SST)。

2.Each ticket admits only one person.

每张票限一人入场。

3.Tickets are issued with a unique QR code for single use only. The code will be scanned at the venue entrance. Do not share or post your e-ticket to avoid misuse or duplication.

门票将附有专属二维码，仅限一次性使用。请在入场时扫描二维码。请勿分享或邮寄您的电子门票，以免被盗用或复制。

4.Lost, stolen, or misused tickets, including those used by another attendee, will not be replaced or reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their event tickets.

门票遗失、被盗或被盗用（包括已被其他观众使用）将不予补发，即使出示购票凭证亦不予补发。持票人有责任妥善保管其活动门票。

5.Tickets cannot be transfer, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase.

门票一经购买，不可转让、兑换、取消或退款。

6.Ticket holders are responsible for verifying their ticket(s) and confirming the date and time of the event, including any changes or rescheduling.

持票人有责任验证其门票并确认活动的日期和时间，包括任何变更或重新安排。

7.Please note that artist performance times may be adjusted without prior notification.

请注意，演出时间可能会调整，恕不另行通知。

8.In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund will exclude the booking fee, processing fee, transaction fee and any applicable service charges. The Event Organizer and/or the Ticket Agent shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by the ticket holders as a result of the cancellation or postponement of an Event.

如遇活动官方取消，退票金额将不包括订票费、处理费、交易费及任何适用的服务费。 主办方和／或票务代理方对于因活动取消或延期而导致持票者产生的任何交通、住宿或其他相关费用，概不承担任何责任。

9.Professional photography, video recording, and/or any form of recording is strictly prohibited during this performance.

演出期间，严禁进行专业摄影、录像及任何形式的录制。

10.The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including any current seating arrangements, due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing guidelines.

主办方保留因不可预见的情况并根据现行准则取消、重新安排和/或重新安排活动（包括任何现有座位安排）的权利。

11.The concert management and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or expel from the venue, any person exhibiting unruly behavior or violating venue and ticketing terms and conditions.

演唱会管理团队及活动工作人员保留拒绝入场或驱逐任何在场地内行为不当或违反场地及购票条款的人员的权利。

12.To facilitate the security, safety, and comfort of all patrons, the event organizer/promoter/venue reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and all other items upon entry and exit; to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons, or that breach these Terms; and/or to refuse admission.

为保障所有观众的安全、安心及舒适，活动主办方/场地方保留在合理酌情权范围内，于入场及离场时对人员、衣物、包袋及其他物品进行安全检查的权利；对可能对活动或其他观众造成危险或干扰，或违反本条款的物品进行没收；及/或拒绝入场。

13.If any issues arise on the day of the event, please contact our staff or visit the Box Office for assistance.

14.All other applicable ticket booking and event terms and conditions remain in effect at all times.

所有其它适用的门票预订和活动条款和条件始终有效。

Performance Guidelines 观演须知 :

1.Prohibited items include personal cheering props, selfie sticks, tripods, lighting equipment, or any items that obstruct other audience members' view.

禁止带入妨碍其他观众观看的私人助威物品，自拍杆，三脚架，照明设备等物品。

2.No alcohol or smoking is permitted inside the venue. No outside food and beverage allowed.

场馆内禁止饮酒与吸烟。场外食物饮料不可携带场内。

3.Audience members seated near the stage area should be aware of stage effects (such as pyrotechnics, pyrotechnic effects, sound effects, etc.) and remain vigilant.

靠近舞台区域就座的观众，请注意舞台特效效果(如烟火、火药效果、音效等)，务必提高警惕。

4.For safety reasons, pregnant women, elderly attendees, and individuals with medical conditions such as heart disease or hypertension are advised to carefully assess their physical condition before attending. The organizer/host/ticketing platform shall not be held liable for any incidents arising from personal health issues.

出于安全考虑，孕妇、高龄观众，以及患有心脏病、高血压等疾病者，建议谨慎判断自身身体状况后再参加活动。因个人健康原因引发的任何事故，主办方/承办方/售票平台概不负责。

5.Please safeguard your personal belongings. The organizer/host/ticket platform shall not be held liable for any loss or theft resulting from personal negligence.

请妥善保管个人物品。因个人疏忽导致的遗失或被盗，主办方/承办方概不负责。

6.This event will be photographed and videotaped. Audio, video, and broadcast footage captured before, during, and after the event—both inside and outside the venue—may include audience members' images, voices, actions, or statements. By entering the venue, attendees consent to the organizer's unrestricted global use of such materials for purposes including but not limited to commercial use, advertising, promotional activities, and news coverage.

本次活动将进行拍摄与录像。活动前、活动中及活动后，在场馆内外进行的音频、视频及转播画面，可能包含观众的影像、声音、行为或发言。观众入场即视为同意主办方在全球范围内、不受限制地使用相关素材，包括但不限于商业用途、广告宣传、推广活动及新闻报道。

7.Please actively cooperate with all safety measures implemented by the organizers and event staff.

请积极配合主办方及承办方实施的各项安全措施。

8.Staff instructions are based on safety considerations. Please follow on-site guidance to avoid disrupting other attendees' experience. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

工作人员的指示基于安全考虑制定，请遵从现场引导，避免影响其他观众的观演体验。感谢您的理解与配合。

9.Any behavior that disrupts the event or disturbs the viewing order may result in the individual being asked to leave the venue and may incur civil or criminal liability. Should you violate the organizer/host's regulations or fail to cooperate with safety management, the organizer reserves the right to restrict your viewing or ask you to leave the venue to ensure event safety.

如有任何行为妨碍活动进行或影响观演秩序，相关人员可能被请离场馆，并可能承担民事或刑事责任。若违反主办方/承办方规定或未配合安全管理，主办方有权限制观演或将当事人请离场馆，以确保活动安全。

10.To maintain order and safety, the venue may record or document any violations of prohibited items or actions that obstruct staff duties. Such materials will be destroyed 30 days after the event concludes or upon completion of relevant procedures.

对违反禁止事项或妨碍工作人员执行职责的行为，场馆可能为维持秩序与安全进行录像或记录。相关资料将在活动结束30天后或相关程序完成后销毁。

8.Bags larger than A3 size (including duffel bags, gym bags, suitcases, large backpacks, etc.)

9.Folding chairs, long-handled umbrellas, ladders, selfie sticks, large cheering props, large banners, etc., that may obstruct passage or pose safety hazards Strollers, walkers, etc.

折叠椅、长柄雨伞、梯子、自拍杆、大型应援物、大型横幅等可能造成通行阻碍或安全隐患的婴儿车、助行器等

10.Pets are prohibited from entering the venue. However, service/assistance dogs complying with the "Disability Welfare Act" are permitted.

禁止携带宠物入场。但符合<<残疾人福利法>>的服务/辅助犬可入场。

11.In addition to the items listed above, any items deemed to pose a safety risk or interfere with the viewing experience (such as fragile or excessively hard objects) may also be restricted from entry.

除上述物品外，任何被认定可能存在安全风险或影响观演的物品(如易碎或过硬物品)，也可能被限制入场。

The above items are strictly prohibited from entering the venue. 上述物品严禁带入场馆。

Additional restrictions and viewing regulations may be imposed at any time based on artist requirements or security needs.

根据艺人要求或安全需要，主办方可能在任何时间追加限制与观演规定。

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium nor may they be used for advertising, promotions, competitions, trade incentives, or any other commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Event Organizer or Ticket Agent. Any ticket sold or used in violation of these terms may be cancelled without refund, and the holder may be denied entry. The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the Event Organizer’s decision is final.

门票不得转售、加价转卖，亦不得用于任何广告、促销、竞赛、贸易激励或其他商业用途，除非事先获得主办方或票务提供商的书面同意。任何违反上述条款而出售或使用的门票，主办方有权予以取消且不作任何退款，相关持票人亦可能被拒绝入场。主办方保留随时修改本条款之权利，恕不另行通知。如有任何争议，主办方之决定为最终决定。
