TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and do not include the RM4 booking fee and RM10 transaction fee.

价格以马来西亚令吉（MYR）计价，不包含 RM4 订票费及 RM10 交易手续费。

2.Each ticket admits only one person.

每张票限一人入场。

3.The purchaser’s name and ID number must exactly match the personal identification document (MyKad for Malaysians / Passport for non-Malaysians). The original copy of the ID is required for verification during ticket redemption. No changes or transfers are allowed once the purchase is completed.

购票者的姓名和身份证号码必须与其个人身份证明文件（马来西亚公民为身份证 / 非马来西亚公民为护照）完全一致。换票时必须出示身份证明文件正本以进行核验。购票成功后不接受任何更改或转让。

4.Tickets are issued with a unique QR code for single use only. The code will be scanned at the venue entrance. Do not share or post your e-ticket to avoid misuse or duplication.

门票将附有专属二维码，仅限一次性使用。请在入场时扫描二维码。请勿分享或邮寄您的电子门票，以免被盗用或复制。

5.Lost, stolen, or misused tickets, including those used by another attendee, will not be replaced or reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their event tickets.

门票遗失、被盗或被盗用（包括已被其他观众使用）将不予补发，即使出示购票凭证亦不予补发。持票人有责任妥善保管其活动门票。

6. Tickets cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase.

门票一经购买，不可兑换、取消或退款。

7.Ticket holders are responsible for verifying their ticket(s) and confirming the date and time of the event, including any changes or rescheduling.

持票人有责任验证其门票并确认活动的日期和时间，包括任何变更或重新安排。

8.Please note that artist performance times may be adjusted without prior notification.

请注意，演出时间可能会调整，恕不另行通知。

9.In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund will exclude the booking fee, processing fee, transaction fee and any applicable service charges.

如遇活动官方取消，退票金额将不包括订票费、处理费、交易费及任何适用的服务费。

10. Professional photography, video recording, and/or any form of recording is strictly prohibited during this performance.

演出期间，严禁进行专业摄影、录像及任何形式的录制。

11.The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including any current seating arrangements, due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing guidelines.

主办方保留因不可预见的情况并根据现行准则取消、重新安排和/或重新安排活动（包括任何现有座位安排）的权利。

12.The concert management and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or expel from the venue, any person exhibiting unruly behavior or violating venue and ticketing terms and conditions.

演唱会管理团队及活动工作人员保留拒绝入场或驱逐任何在场地内行为不当或违反场地及购票条款的人员的权利。

13. To facilitate the security, safety, and comfort of all patrons, the event organizer/promoter/venue reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and all other items upon entry and exit; to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons, or that breach these Terms; and/or to refuse admission.

为保障所有观众的安全、安心及舒适，活动主办方/场地方保留在合理酌情权范围内，于入场及离场时对人员、衣物、包袋及其他物品进行安全检查的权利；对可能对活动或其他观众造成危险或干扰，或违反本条款的物品进行没收；及/或拒绝入场。

16.All other applicable ticket booking and event terms and conditions remain in effect at all times.
