Concert Entry Guideline (Updated by 10 July 2027)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

* All tickets are subject to a RM6.60 Ticketing Fee & 3% Processing Fee per ticket. All fees are inclusive of 8% SST. 

* All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.

* Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

* Strictly no admission for children below 12 years old. Children above 12 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid ticket.

* All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and void if resold or altered.

* Once a Block/Zone is selected for purchase, seats are auto-selected based on the best availability at the time of purchase. Some seats are numbered, kindly check the seats assigned to you before proceeding with payment. Kindly refer to the final seat allocation (if any) via email.

* Seat Map/Venue Layout displayed on our website and mobile application is not drawn to scale and is used for Ticket location purposes only. The published layout is subject to change without prior notice.

* The Event Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories), and audience capacity without prior notice and without compensation to the ticket holder.

* Entry is at the ticket holder’s own risk. The organizer, venue, sponsors, and affiliates accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, damage, or theft.

* Digital or Printed: You must present the E-ticket via a mobile device or a high-quality physical printout.

* Identification: The organizer may require the original ticket holder to present a valid Photo ID (IC, Passport, or Driver’s License) that matches the name on the ticket.

* Validation: Tickets are subject to verification at the entrance. Any tampered, photocopied, or forged tickets will be confiscated and entry denied

* The ticket is valid for one (1) scan and one (1) entry only. Once the QR code or barcode is scanned at the perimeter, it becomes invalid for further use.

* Re-entry is permitted only with an official wristband. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. Your ticket is your responsibility.

* All attendees must comply with security checks, venue policies, and instructions from event staff and authorities.

* Baby Stroller, Dangerous, Illegal, or Disruptive Items or Behavior are strictly prohibited.

* The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any person deemed a risk to safety or event integrity.

* By entering, attendees consent to photography, filming, and media use for promotional purposes without compensation.

* The organizer shall not be liable for any costs incurred due to changes, cancellations, or disruptions to the event.

* The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure. Updates will be posted on www.fantopia.io website.

* By purchasing tickets through Fantopia, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated.
