IMPORTANT NOTICE

1.Ticket Purchase:

(i) Kindly ensure you are using Fantopia App / Web / Mobile (set to Desktop View) to purchase your ticket(s).

(ii) Ticket purchasers require to validate your e-ticket(s) QR on the event day itself for ticket exchanges. Kindly stay tuned for the event guideline release for date / time and location for ticket exchanges.

(iii) Additional international payment handling charges may apply for credit card payment.

3.Admission rules:

Seated zone : All patrons aged below 1 year old and above must purchase a ticket for admission. All children aged below 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.E-ticket(s) will be available in your registered Fantopia account (App / Web) after ticket purchased.

2.Each transaction is limited to four (4) tickets only.

3.Prices are in Philippine peso (PHP) and exclude 150PHP Convenience Fee and 150PHP Booking Fee per ticket.

4.Each ticket admits only one person.

5.Tickets are issued with a unique QR code for single use only. The code will be scanned at the venue entrance. Do not share or post your e-ticket to avoid misuse or duplication. Screenshot/image of the e-ticket(s) QR will not be accepted.

6.Lost, stolen, or misused tickets, including those used by another attendee, will not be replaced or reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their event tickets.

7.Tickets cannot be transfer, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase.

8.Ticket holders are responsible for verifying their ticket(s) and confirming the date and time of the event, including any changes or rescheduling.

9.Please note that artist performance times may be adjusted without prior notification.

10.In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund will exclude the booking fee, processing fee, transaction fee and any applicable service charges.

11.Professional photography, video recording, and/or any form of recording is strictly prohibited during this performance.

12.The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including any current seating arrangements, due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing guidelines.

13.The concert management and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or expel from the venue, any person exhibiting unruly behavior or violating venue and ticketing terms and conditions.

14.To facilitate the security, safety, and comfort of all patrons, the event organizer/promoter/venue reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and all other items upon entry and exit; to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons, or that breach these Terms; and/or to refuse admission.

17.All other applicable ticket booking and event terms and conditions remain in effect at all times.
