IMPORTANT NOTICE

Section/seat selection is not available. Seating will be assigned based on the ticket price category and quantity of the ticket purchase on the first-come-first serve basis.

此活动不提供区域/座位选择。座位将根据购票票价类别和数量按先到先得的原则分配。

Seats in sections 401– 420 are located at a higher level. For your safety and comfort, we advise the individuals with a fear of heights or heart condition, pregnant women, children, who are easily affected by discomfort (such as dizziness) due to height individuals to avoid purchasing tickets in this area.

401 - 420 区域的座位位于较高位置，为确保安全与舒适，我们建议患有恐高症或心脏病，⁠孕妇，年幼儿童，容易因高度引发不适（如眩晕）人士避免选择这些区域的门票。

No admission for children aged below 1 year old into the venue. All patrons aged 1 year old and above must purchase a ticket for admission. All children aged below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

1 岁以下儿童不得入场。 1 岁及以上的所有观众均须购票入场。12 岁以下的儿童必须由父母或监护人陪同。

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Seat information will only be released from 17 August 2026 onwards. Please log in to your Fantopia account (Web/App) for update.

座位信息将于 17 August 2026 起公布。请登录您的 Fantopia账户(网页版／App)以获取最新信息。

2.Each transaction is limited to 10 tickets only.

每笔交易仅限购买 10 张门票。

3.Prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and do not include the RM4 booking fee and RM10 transaction fee. All fees are subject to 8% SST. 

价格以马来西亚令吉（MYR）计价，未包含 RM4 订票费及 RM10 交易手续费。所有费用均需缴纳 8% 的销售与服务税 (SST)。。

4.Each ticket admits only one person.

每张票限一人入场。

5.Tickets are issued with a unique QR code for single use only. The code will be scanned at the venue entrance. Do not share or post your e-ticket to avoid misuse or duplication.

门票将附有专属二维码，仅限一次性使用。请在入场时扫描二维码。请勿分享或邮寄您的电子门票，以免被盗用或复制。

6.Lost, stolen, or misused tickets, including those used by another attendee, will not be replaced or reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their event tickets.

门票遗失、被盗或被盗用（包括已被其他观众使用）将不予补发，即使出示购票凭证亦不予补发。持票人有责任妥善保管其活动门票。

7. Tickets cannot be transfer, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase.

门票一经购买，不可转让、兑换、取消或退款。

8.Ticket holders are responsible for verifying their ticket(s) and confirming the date and time of the event, including any changes or rescheduling.

持票人有责任验证其门票并确认活动的日期和时间，包括任何变更或重新安排。

9.Please note that artist performance times may be adjusted without prior notification.

请注意，演出时间可能会调整，恕不另行通知。

10.In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund will exclude the booking fee, processing fee, transaction fee and any applicable service charges. The Event Organizer and/or the Ticket Agent shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by the ticket holders as a result of the cancellation or postponement of an Event.

如遇活动官方取消，退票金额将不包括订票费、处理费、交易费及任何适用的服务费。 主办方和／或票务代理方对于因活动取消或延期而导致持票者产生的任何交通、住宿或其他相关费用，概不承担任何责任。

11. Professional photography, video recording, and/or any form of recording is strictly prohibited during this performance.

演出期间，严禁进行专业摄影、录像及任何形式的录制。

12.The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including any current seating arrangements, due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing guidelines.

主办方保留因不可预见的情况并根据现行准则取消、重新安排和/或重新安排活动（包括任何现有座位安排）的权利。

13.The concert management and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or expel from the venue, any person exhibiting unruly behavior or violating venue and ticketing terms and conditions.

演唱会管理团队及活动工作人员保留拒绝入场或驱逐任何在场地内行为不当或违反场地及购票条款的人员的权利。

14. To facilitate the security, safety, and comfort of all patrons, the event organizer/promoter/venue reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and all other items upon entry and exit; to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons, or that breach these Terms; and/or to refuse admission.

为保障所有观众的安全、安心及舒适，活动主办方/场地方保留在合理酌情权范围内，于入场及离场时对人员、衣物、包袋及其他物品进行安全检查的权利；对可能对活动或其他观众造成危险或干扰，或违反本条款的物品进行没收；及/或拒绝入场。

16.If any issues arise on the day of the event, please contact our staff or visit the Box Office for assistance.

若活动当天出现任何问题，请联系现场工作人员或前往售票处寻求协助。

17.All other applicable ticket booking and event terms and conditions remain in effect at all times.

所有其它适用的门票预订和活动条款和条件始终有效。

Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium nor may they be used for advertising, promotions, competitions, trade incentives, or any other commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Event Organizer or Ticket Agent. Any ticket sold or used in violation of these terms may be cancelled without refund, and the holder may be denied entry. The Event Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the Event Organizer’s decision is final.

门票不得转售、加价转卖，亦不得用于任何广告、促销、竞赛、贸易激励或其他商业用途，除非事先获得主办方或票务提供商的书面同意。任何违反上述条款而出售或使用的门票，主办方有权予以取消且不作任何退款，相关持票人亦可能被拒绝入场。主办方保留随时修改本条款之权利，恕不另行通知。如有任何争议，主办方之决定为最终决定。
