Terms & Conditions
1.Age Restriction: Admission is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and above. Individuals below the age of 18 will not be permitted to enter, even if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
2.Valid Ticket: Each attendee must present a valid ticket or registration confirmation for admission. Tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
3.Ticket Verification: Attendees are required to present their ticket's QR code at the entrance for verification and scanning.
4.Free Seating: This event operates on a free-seating basis. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No specific seat selection or reservation is provided.
5.Ticket Purchase: Each transaction is limited to 10 tickets only. Please ensure that all ticket details are accurate before completing your purchase. The organiser will not be responsible for incorrect information provided during registration or purchase.
6.No Refund or Exchange: All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise determined by the organiser.
7.Event Changes: The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, schedule or other arrangements when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated through the organiser's official channels.
8.Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified of the relevant arrangements through the organiser's official communication channels.
9.Late Arrival: Attendees are encouraged to arrive early for registration. Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of the organiser and subject to the programme schedule.
10.Photography and Videography: Photography, video and audio recordings may be taken during the event for publicity, promotional and documentation purposes. By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in such materials.
11.Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings. The organiser shall not be held liable for any loss, theft or damage.
12.Code of Conduct: The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or poses a safety concern, without refund.
13.Organiser's Rights: The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updates will be communicated through the organiser's official channels.
