Event Participation Regulations
- Admission Time: 2 hours before show time.
- Entry Order: For Standing entry will start will SVIP > VVIP > VIP > PS1 > PS2
- Entry Method: E-ticket (QR Code) scanning via Fantopia’s scanners.
- Non-real-name ticketing applies for Bangkok show, with a limit of 4 tickets per account.
- Once purchased, tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- All tickets are e-tickets.All audiences must present their e-ticket before entering the hall.
- Age Restrictions: All guests aged 3 and above must hold a valid ticket for entry. Standing zone is only accessible to guests aged 12 and above. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.
- All kinds of food and drinks (except drinks from promoter or sponsors) are not allowed inside the hall.
- Selfie monopods, cameras, video cameras, polaroid cameras, tablets (with over-7-inch screen) and other recording devices are strongly not allowed in the hall. We will have the deposit point for you to deposit those devices. However, we are not responsible for damages of the devices. Therefore, we firmly recommend you not to bring them to the venue.
- Photo, video, audio recording and live on social media are not allowed no matter by mobile phones, cameras, tablets and other recording devices.
- Light sticks bigger than 30 cm, led banner & paper bigger than A4, fan and the doll bigger than 30 cm, folding chair, mini ladder, balloon sticks, balloons, balls, whistles, horns, megaphones, laser pointers, long umbrella and umbrella with sharp-edged, are not allowed in the hall.
- Do not bring drugs, weapons, sharp objects, explosives and other hazardous substances enter the hall.
- We do not provide any services for other belongings storage except luggage bag. (There will be camera deposit only.)
