Concert Entry Guideline (Updated by 30 April 2026)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket to KOMA LIVE IN CONCERT, you acknowledge and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated below. Please read carefully to ensure the comfort and safety of all attendees, especially children and families.

By purchasing and/or using this ticket, the attendee is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all contents of this document as a binding agreement between the attendee and the organizer. These Terms & Conditions hold the same legal force as a contract and may be used as a legal reference in the event of a violation.

TICKET PURCHASE

● Tickets are available for all ages.

● Rules for Children Attending the Concert Children below 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times inside the concert venue.

● It is strongly advised that young children wear hearing protection devices for safety due to high sound levels.

● Children aged 6 years and above are required to purchase a ticket at the standard ticket price, as no special or discounted child ticket category is available.

● Pre-Sale and General Sale transactions are limited to 4 (four) ticket per transaction

● One ticket admits one person only and does not allow re-entry.

● Use valid identification (Identity Number/Passport Number) when purchasing tickets. Tickets cannot be modified after purchase.

● Tickets are digital and will be available D–7 before the concert via the Fantopia app (available on Play Store and App Store).

● Tickets are strictly for personal use. Reselling or using tickets for commercial purposes without promoter approval is prohibited.

● Any violation of ticket purchase rules may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

● All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfer of ownership are allowed.

ADD-ON TICKET PURCHASE

● All VIP Experience and Meet & Greet packages can only be purchased during the ticket checkout process on the website

● All VIP Experience and Meet & Greet packages cannot be purchased separately

ACCESSIBILITY

● We provide designated areas for wheelchair users to ensure comfort during the concert. For access to these areas, please contact support@antarasuara.com.

SAFETY WARNINGS

● The concert will feature intense lighting and loud sounds, which may pose health risks—particularly for attendees with medical conditions such as photosensitive epilepsy, hearing sensitivities, or other sensory issues.

● Please use ear protection, especially for children, and consult medical professionals if you have specific conditions.

● Attendees with serious medical conditions (heart issues, high blood pressure, respiratory problems, or other chronic illnesses) are strongly advised not to attend for personal safety.

● Every attendee is responsible for assessing their own condition and potential risks associated with exposure to loud sound, bright lights, large crowds, and event-area conditions.

ATTENDEE INFORMATION

● There is no storage service for personal belongings. Avoid bringing suitcases, large bags, or oversized items.

● Tickets are valid only for the registered holder. Duplicated or misused tickets will be cancelled without refund.

● All attendees must:

○ Follow all instructions from security and event staff.

○ Refrain from provocative, dangerous, or disruptive behavior.

○ Not climb the stage, barriers, or restricted areas.

○ Dispose of trash properly.

● The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees without refund if they:

○ Do not have a valid ticket

○ Disrupt comfort or safety

○ Are under the influence of alcohol/drugs

○ Carry prohibited items

○ Ignore security instructions or venue rules

● In cases of force majeure (artist cancellation, natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), refunds will follow the promoter’s policy. Additional costs such as travel and accommodation will not be covered by the organizer.

● The organizer, staff, artists, and affiliated parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, or accidents within the concert area.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed inside the concert venue:

● Outside food and drinks

● Cigarettes, vapes, lighters, alcohol, drugs

● Powerbank not allowed

● Sharp weapons, firearms, or dangerous objects

● Laser pointers, fireworks, sparklers, explosive devices

● Professional cameras (SLR/DSLR), detachable-lens cameras, drones, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, action cameras (GoPro or similar)

● Audio or video recording equipment

● Tablets, laptops, and large electronic devices

● Flyers, pamphlets, or promotional materials without permission

● Large umbrellas or oversized items

● Pets

(Prohibited items may be confiscated and will not be returned. Violations may result in removal from the venue without refund.)

RECORDING & PUBLICITY

● Attendees are prohibited from uploading concert videos longer than 30 seconds per song to social media.

● The organizer reserves the right to record and use any concert documentation—including images or statements from attendees—for promotional purposes without compensation.

● By attending the concert, attendees release the organizer and its affiliates from any claims related to such documentation.

CHANGES & ADJUSTMENTS

● The organizer reserves the right to adjust venue layout, revise Terms & Conditions, and implement security measures as needed without prior notice.

● The organizer is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from changes, delays, or event cancellations.

● All updates will be announced through the promoter’s official channels.
