[门票条款和条件]

- 每个帐户最多可购买 10 张门票。

- 每张门票仅限一人在指定日期进入活动区域。

- 此活动仅限 18 岁及以上人士参加。

- 请携带有效身份证件（国民身份证/护照）参加活动。未满 18 岁者将被拒绝入场且不予退款。

- 门票不可退款，不可更换日期，并且在任何情况下均无法修改持票人信息。

[活动信息]

- 开门时间为当地时间12:00，演出时间为当地时间15:00。

- 详细的入场指南将在活动前公布。请关注主办方官方粉丝专页和售票处的最新信息。

- 粉丝区和普通区的门票为站票，提前到场可获得更佳位置。猫咪区为指定座位区，现场签到后将分配座位。

- 请在签到时出示门票，领取腕带后方可进入活动现场。

- 妥善保管您的腕带。腕带损坏或丢失将不予补发。

- 再次入场必须使用首次入场时发放的原始腕带。参加者必须全程佩戴腕带，并在再次入场时重新签到。详细说明将在WATERBOMB胡志明市官方SNS和网站上公布。

[一般信息]

- 如果多人使用同一个票务代码签到，主办方将不予处理。只有第一个签到的人才可以入场。

- 个人之间转售或转让门票是违法的。买卖双方都可能承担法律责任。

- 请不要从非官方渠道购买门票，以免买到假票或欺诈票。主办方对此类情况概不负责。

- 未经主办方事先许可，严禁将门票用于促销或广告目的。

- 伪造门票是刑事犯罪，将依法追究责任。

- 如果个人违反主办方的任何条款和条件，主办方保留随时拒绝其入场和/或将其驱逐的权利。

- 在任何情况下，主办方的决定都是最终决定。

【现场注意事项】

- 演出艺术家的日程因日期而异，详细日程将稍后通过官方SNS和网站公布。

- 团队毛巾数量有限，将按先到先得的原则发放。无法保证数量，且可能会随时更改，恕不另行通知。

- 您可以自备水枪，并在会场购买。水枪仅限在主舞台区域内使用。在允许区域外使用水枪可能会受到限制。请勿在电子设备附近使用水枪。

- WATERBOMB团队对因使用水枪而发生的纠纷概不负责，因此请在使用时注意不要伤害他人。如果因过度打水仗而给周围观众造成不适，您可能会被强制退场。

- 请勿将水枪射向艺术家的脸部和身体。如果反复这样做，您可能会被强制退场。

- 虽然可以使用智能手机进行一般摄影，但严禁使用高倍率远摄镜头、独脚架（三脚架）、三脚架、长度超过 1M 的自拍杆和其他摄影辅助设备等大型专业设备，否则可能会被安保团队控制和驱逐。

- 如果艺术家提出要求，演出期间可能会以任何理由禁止拍照和录像。如果您在拍摄时被抓住，拍摄的照片和视频将被删除。如果这种情况持续发生，您可能会被迫离开活动现场。

- 如果您给其他观众带来不便并干扰其他观众的观看，您可能会被迫离开活动现场。

- 请小心保管您的贵重物品。对于因个人疏忽而发生的任何丢失、被盗或事故，WATERBOMB 团队概不负责。

- 禁止携带被认为会干扰演出和他人安全的激光、烟花、瓶子、罐子、刀具等。

- 除瓶装水外，禁止携带任何饮料及食品入场。

- 仅在指定吸烟区吸烟。

- 为了您的安全，请听从活动工作人员的指示。对于因观众疏忽导致在活动场地内外发生的任何事故或伤害，主办方、赞助商、场地、合作伙伴和艺术家均不承担任何责任。 - 演出

期间，如发生意外事故、健康问题或其他紧急情况，请前往场地内的紧急救援亭或信息亭寻求帮助，或向附近的安保人员或活动工作人员寻求帮助。

- 本次演出使用高音量和各种特效。建议孕妇、老年人、以及体质虚弱或精神状态不佳、对外界刺激敏感、易患癫痫、光敏性疾病或其他健康问题的人士避免入场。如果您仍希望参加，请提前咨询您的医生，并向主办方提供任何相关的医疗信息或文件。-

WATERBOMB 团队对演出期间发生的任何未提前告知的疾病或受伤概不负责。

[禁止携带物品]

- 香水、织物除臭剂、液体喷雾剂及所有液体（管状防晒霜除外）

- 包括酒精饮料在内的所有食品和饮料（未开封的瓶装水除外）

- 所有毒品：根据麻醉品相关法律法规禁止开具或处理的所有毒品

- 专业 / 航拍设备：例如带高倍变焦镜头的 DSLR 相机和无人机

- 大型包（40x50cm 以上）

- 露营设备：所有露营设备，例如帐篷、垫子和露营椅

- 充气喷雾：驱虫剂和防晒喷雾

- 危险物品：可能造成伤害的物品，例如长伞、鞭炮、刀、BB 枪

- 音响设备：口哨、扩音器

- 干扰表演的 LED 饰品：剃须刀、LED 饰品、光剑（允许携带艺术家荧光棒）

- 指挥棒灯：紧急情况下，安保人员会使用指挥棒灯发出信号。因此，为避免混乱，禁止携带。

- 旗杆、自拍杆：将艺人旗帜、国旗等旗帜安装在旗杆上（无旗杆也可），可延长1m以上的自拍杆

- 各种轮式交通工具：自行车、滑板车、电动轮椅（轮椅除外）

- 烹饪器具：所有烹饪用具・所有宠物：包括狗和猫在内的所有宠物

- 其他：主办方认为会干扰演出或给他人造成不便的物品

【图片、视频、广播】

- WATERBOMB 整个区域仅允许指定的媒体渠道进入。WATERBOMB 团队和赞助商可以使用所有进入活动的照片和视频所产生的版权。

- 在场地拍摄的作品有权由主持人/监督人/官方赞助商进行商业使用，观众可以通过电视、网络手机等各种媒体看到。

- 未经授权的媒体素材上传可能会被平台网站屏蔽。

- 我们告知您，此通知具有法律效力，并受法律管辖。

1) Ticket T&C

- Each account may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets.

- One ticket admits one person for entry into the event area during the designated date.

- This event is strictly for customers aged 18 and above.

- Please bring your valid ID (National ID/Passport) to the event. Entry will be denied without a refund if you are under 18 years old.

- Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for another date, and the ticket holder’s information cannot be modified under any circumstances.

2) Event Information

- The gate opens at 12:00 local time and the performance will start at 14:00 local time.

- Detailed check-in instructions will be announced prior to the event. Please follow the official Fanpage of the organizer and Ticketbox for updates.

- Tickets granting access to the Fan Zone and General Area are standing tickets; earlier arrivals will secure better positions. The Cat Zone is a designated seating area, with seats assigned upon on-site check-in.

- Please present your ticket at check-in to receive your wristband before entering the event.

- Keep your wristband safe. Damaged or lost wristbands will not be reissued.

- Re-entry to the festival is only allowed until 7:00 PM on the event day with the original wristband issued at your first entry. Please note that re-entry after 7:00 PM will not be permitted. All attendees must always keep their wristbands on and check in again when re-entering the venue. Detailed instructions will be provided on the official WATERBOMB Ho Chi Minh City SNS.

3) General Information

- The organizer will not process cases where more than one (01) person check-in using the same ticket code. Only the first person to check-in will be allowed entry to the event.

- Ticket resale or transfer between individuals is illegal. Both the seller and the buyer may be held legally responsible.

- Please do not purchase tickets from unofficial sources to avoid counterfeit or fraudulent tickets. The Organizer bears no responsibility in such cases.

- It is strictly prohibited to use or distribute tickets for promotional or advertising purposes without prior permission from the organizer.

- Forging tickets is a criminal offense and will be prosecuted under the law.

- The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to and/or remove any individual at any time if they violate any of the Organizer's Terms & Conditions.

- In all cases, the Organizer's decision is final.

4) On-Site Precaution

- The performing artists differ by date, and the detailed timetable will be announced later through official SNS.

- The amount of team towels is limited, and it will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to change without prior notice.

- You can bring your own water gun and buy one at the venue. Water guns are only allowed to be used inside the main stage area. Water gun use outside of permitted areas may be restricted. Please refrain from using water guns near electronic devices.

- WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any disputes that occur due to the use of water guns, so please be careful not to cause harm to others when using them. If you cause discomfort to surrounding audience members through excessive water fighting, you may be forced to leave the event.

- Please do not shoot the water gun to the face and body of the artists. If you are caught doing it repeatedly, you may be forced to leave the event.

- While general photography taken by smart phones is allowed, the use of large professional equipment such as high-magnification telephoto lenses, monopods (tripods), tripods, selfie sticks longer than 1M, and other photography aids is strictly prohibited and may result in control and ejection by the security team.

- If there is a request from an artist, taking pictures and videos can be prohibited during the performance for any reason. If you get caught while filming, the taken picture and video would be deleted. If it keeps happening, you may be forced to leave the event.

- If you cause the inconvenience of other audiences and interfere with the others watching, you may be forced to leave the event.

- Please be careful with your valuables. The WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any loss, theft, or accident occurred due to the carelessness of a personal.

- Lasers, fireworks, bottles, cans, knives, or etc. which are considered to interfere with the performance and others’ safety are banned to bring.

- All kinds of beverages and food items are prohibited from being brought in, except for bottled water.

- Smoking is only allowed at the designated smoking zone.

- For your safety, please follow the instructions of the event staff. The organizers, sponsors, venue, partners, and artists are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur due to audience negligence inside or outside the event venue.

- In case of an unexpected accident, health issue, or other emergency during the performance, please seek assistance at the emergency booth or information booth provided within the venue, or from nearby security personnel or event staff.

- This performance uses loud sound and various special effects. Pregnant women, the elderly, or those with weakened physical or mental conditions who may be sensitive to external stimuli and prone to seizures, photosensitive disorders, or other health issues are advised to refrain from entering. If you still wish to attend, please consult your doctor and share any relevant medical information or documentation with the organizers in advance.

- WATERBOMB team is not responsible for any illnesses or injuries that occur during the performance that were not disclosed in advance.

5) Prohibited Items

- Perfumes, fabric deodorizers, liquid sprays, and all kinds of liquids (Tube-type sunscreen is allowed)

- All food and beverages including alcoholic drinks (unopened bottled water is allowed)

- All kinds of Drugs: All drugs prohibited from being prescribed or handled according to narcotics-related laws and regulations

- Professional / Aerial Photography Equipment: Such as DSLR cameras with high magnification zoom lenses and drones

- Large Bags (above 40x50cm)

- Camping Equipment: All camping equipment such as tents, mats, and camping chairs

- Gas-Charging Spray: Insect repellent and Sun spray

- Hazardous Items: Items which can cause injury such as Long Umbrella, Firecracker, Knife, BB gun

- Sound Equipment: Whistles, Megaphones

- LED Ornaments that Interfere with Performances: Razors, LED ornament, lightsaber (Artist light sticks are allowed)**

- Baton Light: In case of emergency, the security team will signal with the baton light. Therefore, bringing it in is prohibited to prevent confusion.

- Flag Sticks, Selfie Sticks: Artist flags, national flags and other flags which is mounted on the flag stick (it's allowed without flag stick), selfie stick that can extended by more than 1m

- All Kinds of Wheeled Transportations: Bicycles, Kick boards, Electric wheel (except for the wheelchairs)

- Cooking Equipment : All equipment used for cooking・ All types of pet : All types of pet including dogs and cats

- ETC: Items that, organizer thinks will interfere with performances or cause inconvenience to others.

6) Picture, Video, BroadCast

- The whole area of the WATERBOMB is allowed only to the designated media channels. WATERBOMB team and sponsor are able to use the copyright occurred from taking pictures and videos of all attendees entering the event.

- The works filmed at the venue have the right to be commercially used by the host/supervisor/official sponsor, and the audience can be seen through various media such as TV, online mobile, etc.

- Unauthorized media footage uploads may be blocked through the platform site.

- We inform you that this notice is legally valid and is governed by law.
