Concert Guide (updated 14 Jan 2026)

IMPORTANT NOTE

1. On the event day, you are required to redeem/exchange for physical ticket(s).
2. Section/seat selection is not available. Seating will be assigned based on the ticket price category and quantity of the ticket purchase on the first-come-first serve basis.
3. Age Restriction - Minors aged 5 years old and above are allowed but they must be accompanied by adult guardians at all times
4. Guidelines for Online Ticket Purchase. On the event day, you are required to redeem physical ticket(s).

To protect all users from fraud and unintended misuse of credit cards/ other payment methods, please note that the following should ALL bear the SAME NAME when buying tickets online:

(a) Fantopia user account must match with name printed on National ID

(b) Name show on payment card or payment/e-wallets account to be used

(c) Original/Physical ONE (1) valid National ID ((NRIC/Passport) to be presented during redemption for verification.

Ticket redemption through a representative is NOT allowed. Only the Fantopia user account bearer who transacted online can redeem the ticket. To avoid any inconvenience, we request all patrons to comply with the above guidelines. The safety and security of our customers is always our top priority. By proceeding to ticket purchase, you agree with the above redemption process. All ticket prices are inclusive of standard ticket charges/fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.E-ticket(s) will only be sent to your registered email address or Fantopia app from 6 January 2026 onwards. You will require to show from your Fantopia app in order to exchange for physical tickets(s) together with your original/physical valid National ID ((NRIC/Passport).

2.Each transaction is limited to 4 tickets only.

3.Each ticket admits only one person.

4.Lost, stolen, or misused tickets, including those used by another attendee, will not be replaced or reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket holders are responsible for the safekeeping of their event tickets.

5.Tickets cannot be transfer, exchanged, cancelled, or refunded after purchase.

6.Ticket holders are responsible for verifying their ticket(s) and confirming the date, time and other necessary information of the event, including any changes or rescheduling.

7.Please note that artist performance times may be adjusted without prior notification.

8.In the event of an official cancellation, the ticket refund will exclude the booking fee, processing fee, transaction fee and any applicable service charges.

9.Professional photography, video recording, and/or any form of recording is strictly prohibited during this performance.

10.The event organizer reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, and/or relocate the event, including any current seating arrangements, due to unforeseen circumstances and in accordance with prevailing guidelines.

11.The concert management and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry to, or expel from the venue, any person exhibiting unruly behavior or violating venue and ticketing terms and conditions.

12.To facilitate the security, safety, and comfort of all patrons, the event organizer/promoter/venue reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to conduct security searches of persons, clothing, bags, and all other items upon entry and exit; to confiscate items that may cause danger or disruption to the event or other patrons, or that breach these Terms; and/or to refuse admission.

14.If any issues arise on the day of the event, please contact our staff or visit the Box Office for assistance.

15.All other applicable ticket booking and event terms and conditions remain in effect at all times.
